Booking The Top Twenties
To use our services you will need to Contact Us and provide relevant details including: date, type of event, location, performing times, number of guests and your contact details. In order to confirm your booking we will require a deposit which firmly holds a specific date for the client, and therefore makes that date no longer available to other potential clients. The remaining balance can be paid at any time before the event takes place, but must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the date of the event itself.
Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event of either party wishing to cancel the booking it is agreed that the party concerned contact the other party.
The Top Twenties reserve the right to cancel a musical service at any time. In this case you will be entitled to a refund amounting to no more than your deposit of any fees paid in advance of the day of the event.
If you make a booking and subsequently decide to cancel, you will only be entitled to a refund of any monies paid, less administration fees, if you cancel the service more than 60 days before the date on which the service was due to take place. If you cancel less than 60 days before the date on which the service was due to take place, you will not be entitled to compensation or a refund, and incur a cancellation charge.
If we have to substitute any of the members of the band due to, for example, illness or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make sure that “the show must go on” and arrange the relevant experienced professional musician(s) as replacement. This is merely to inform clients that our policy covers all occasions and you can rest assured that we will always do our very best to make sure that the entertainment that we provide for your event is as successful as possible.
